Thanks for your interest in our parasite tests! Below, we outline some shipping information you need to know before placing an order.

• United States – All 50 states, including Alaska, Puerto Rico, and P.O. Boxes.

*Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.

International Shipping Information

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties.

When shipping internationally, the declared value of each test is $10. The $10 covers the cost of the vials and materials for collecting the sample. The price of each test includes the cost of the sample analysis by the parasitologists and the phone consultation, but that value is not added until the customer ships the samples back to us and has the phone consultation.

For completed test samples sent back to us from international addresses, all customs duties, taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer is not the payee for such charges, the applicable amount will be billed to the customer. If payment cannot be successfully processed, we may withhold test results until the balance is paid

LOST, STOLEN, or DELAYED PACKAGES

• Lost or stolen?
  • We will re-ship your test kit at no cost.
• Delayed?
  • We will assess the situation depending on the test and shipping conditions. Contact us at support@parasites.org if your order is delayed.

* For tests that have swab samples, delays over 8 days may compromise samples. When the shipment is seriously delayed, the swab sample may need to be retaken.
