Thank you for your purchase! We hope you’re happy with your experience. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the medical and diagnostic nature of our testing kits, we do not accept physical returns of used or unused kits. This is to eliminate any risk of contamination.
If a refund is approved, we will ask you to safely discard your purchased test kit.
We guarantee a full refund within 180 days of purchase, as long as no test samples have been sent to the lab. Once samples have been mailed to the lab, we are no longer able to issue a refund.
After 180 days, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the company’s discretion.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Test kits with samples already mailed to the lab are not eligible for a refund.
- Special sale items, though we rarely offer these.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT KITS
If your test kit arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@parasites.org. We will issue a replacement (free of charge) or refund the full amount, depending on your preference.
REPLACEMENTS
- Customers are encouraged to send samples to the lab within 180 days of purchase.
- We will send one replacement kit per customer within that 180-day window (free of charge). Further replacements may be denied or charged a fee.
- We do not resell or reuse returned test kits for safety reasons.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. If that’s not possible, we’ll work with you to find an alternative.
Processing times:
- It may take up to 10 business days for us to request a refund from our payment processor.
- Once requested, please allow an additional 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- We also offer product swaps or store credit upon request.
Refunds are not issued based on test results (e.g., negative or inconclusive results). Testing is done precisely because the results are unknown in advance.

To initiate a refund request:
Email us at support@parasites.org with the following information:
- Name used on the order
- Email address
- Date of purchase
